FEES FOR PARTICIPATION IN BALTEXPO 2011

FREE of CHARGE  entry to  BALTEXPO Exhibition can be obtained after registration on-line or after submitting the application form by mail or fax.

Exhibition entrance ticket costs 20 PLN  per day - a voucher for 3 days costs  45 PLN

Participation in all Conferences costs  230 PLN  or  60 Euro  including VAT  

BALTEXPO catalog costs 25 PLN

Parking Ticket for the duration of the fair from 6-8 September 2011 costs 110 PLN,  a day  ticket costs  40 PLN.

VAT Invoices for entry tickets to the Exhibition and Conference for Polish and foreign participants will be issued on  spot, at Baltexpo Exhibition.

An Invitation from the newspaper, provides a single entry of one person to the fair – FREE of CHARGE

Baltexpo Invitations - provide a single entry for one person to the exhibition  – FREE of CHARGE

Baltexpo VIP Invitations - provides multiple entry for one  person to Exhibition and Conference  – FREE OF CHARGE

Panelists enter the Exhibition and Conference – FREE OF CHARGE

Person accompanying the panelists of the conference enters the conference free of charge. Each additional person pays  normally as a participant - 230 PLN including VAT or 60 Euro including VAT

Please Register to  the Conference  in which you would like to attend by filling the CONFERENCE  APPLICATION FORM.  

PAYMENT PROCEDURE:

●  The Application Form is reservation and  should be send to Warsaw Exhibition Board S.A.

●  We shall provide you  an Invoice to be paid.

●  Reservation is confirmed only after payment is performed and received
