BALTEXPO EXHIBITION AND CONFERENCE : 

Participation in all  Conferences costs  60,00 Euro/ person (including VAT).

To participate in the Baltexpo  Conferences  please fill the  Application Form   send it  to us by e-mail or fax.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE:

●  This Application Form is reservation and  should be send to Warsaw Exhibition Board S.A.

●  We shall provide you  an Invoice to be paid.

●  Reservation is confirmed only after payment is performed and received

TO PARTICIPATE AS AN EXHIBITOR:

After receiving  the Application Form, we shall send you a Proforma Invoice,  to be paid by bank transfer. With the  paymnent on our account,  we shall send you the final/confirmation Invoice.

In case of UE participants please indicate your VAT identification number - so that VAT can be declared and  paid in your own country.

It is also possible to pay for the Conferences during the Baltexpo Exhibition,  at the main reception - subject to availability of places in the conference rooms.

Participation in Conference is free of charge for Exhibitors,  after registration.

COST OF EXHIBITION STAND:

Indoor exhibition space costs 130,00 Euro/1 sq.m +  VAT

Standard system construction 50,00 Euro/1 sq.m + VAT

Exhibition space with stand unit including stand design and construction 180,00 Euro/1 sq.m + VAT

The registration cost is 160 Euro+ VAT. It includes the cost of  promotion of the event in media, entry into the catalog ( up to 100 words with logo) and participation in the Gala dinner for two persons. Within this cost we shall also print and  send you invitations, which you shall be able to send to your guest, with information that your company is participating in Baltexpo 2011 and the number of your stand. The quantity of invitations to be printed for you depends on your demand.
